TERMS OF USE

TapeSquawk ("TapeSquawk", "we", "us") operates a real-time audio news squawk service that monitors public sources — including the Federal Reserve, the White House, Truth Social, news wires, and the SEC — filters and classifies events, and reads selected headlines aloud to subscribers (the "Service"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is an information and news-aggregation tool only. Nothing delivered by the Service — including headlines, summaries, audio squawks, scores, and any content labeled "interpretation" — constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Markets involve substantial risk of loss. Never trade based solely on the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per subscriber; accounts are non-transferable.

The Service is offered as a subscription at $75.00 USD per month (the "Subscription"). Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store your card number. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in the portal (Billing → Cancel Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and no further charges are made. No partial-period refunds are provided except where required by law.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds. If a subscription remains unpaid, it may be canceled and access revoked.

Price changes. We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' advance notice by email or in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The Service aggregates content from third-party sources that can be wrong, delayed, revised, or retracted. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any content or of the Service itself. Sources may issue corrections; corrected information may differ from what was originally squawked. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or source failures.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, rebroadcast, or systematically republish the Service or its output;
• Share your account or circumvent access controls or billing;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, its software, design, and original content are owned by TapeSquawk. Headlines and source material remain the property of their respective publishers and are presented with attribution. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes while your Subscription is active.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 2, 7, 10–13) survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 2, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE TO USE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPESQUAWK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapeSquawk and its operators from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
